1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for free replacement or full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under special deals, clearance sales, or marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

  • Personal hygiene products (like used kitchen items, cleaning tools, etc.) cannot be returned once used.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, or Wallet).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or via UPI after confirmation.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is applicable only for the same product in case of size or defect issues (subject to availability).

  • For different products, refund and re-order is recommended.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate return after receiving the item.
