1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for free replacement or full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under special deals, clearance sales, or marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
Personal hygiene products (like used kitchen items, cleaning tools, etc.) cannot be returned once used.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, or Wallet).
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or via UPI after confirmation.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is applicable only for the same product in case of size or defect issues (subject to availability).
For different products, refund and re-order is recommended.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate return after receiving the item.
